What is it?

This allows us to offer a cheaper alternative to our regular broadband. However this is only available in certain areas. We will letter drop an area if we are going to go there. The SLA is lowered and the contention ratio raised, so businesses may prefer to still use our regular option to keep the require QoS for their business.

What about my telephone line?

We can offer a VoIP line which means you can ditch your phone line all together. For just £5 a month you can use your existing phone to make very cheap calls and ditch your BT line altogether.

Fair Usage Policy

We don't really have a fair usage policy as we don't believe in them. However these are contended residential connections. Therefore all we ask is that people are sensible with them. If a user is constantly maxing out their connection to the point it has a detrimental effect on other users then we will issue a warning. After two strike we will then implement priority throttling on the third. All this means is that everybody else's traffic will have a higher priority. This can be removed once usage is reduced to a level where other users are not affected.
